Connect to transmit
You can browse stations freely. Connect your Cardano wallet to send messages.
Connect any Cardano CIP-30 wallet (Eternl, Nami, Lace, Typhon) — no email, no signup. Your wallet generates a unique callsign, up to 7.87 million combinations. Regenerate it any time for a full identity reset: past messages strike through, PM threads hard-delete, no record, no trace. Your address is never exposed.
Create public or private stations on Cardano, each with its own custom URL handle instead of a random slug. Add text frequencies (channels) inside each station. Owners and mods can toggle a station On Air or Off Air at any time.
Require holding a Cardano token or NFT to join a station — verified live on-chain via Blockfrost, no manual allowlists. Set a policy ID and minimum amount; any wallet that qualifies joins automatically, no owner intervention needed.
Invite-only stations — not listed on discovery. Share a link, recipients connect their wallet and auto-join. All messages are end-to-end encrypted using per-station keys. Keys rotate automatically when a member is banned.
Live messaging on every frequency. Messages stream in real time with emoji reactions, threaded replies, and GIF support (amplified stations). Moderators can delete messages and ban wallets — bans survive callsign changes.
Owner → Mod → Member permission tiers. Assign moderators, manage members, lift bans — all from the members panel inside each station.
Click any callsign for a station-scoped private thread, or use the DM icon for a persistent wallet-to-wallet conversation that follows you across stations. Both end-to-end encrypted via X25519 — only participants can read them. Either party can end a conversation with a full wipe.
Two-tier contact list: Verified contacts (wallets you've exchanged DMs with) and Callsign contacts (anyone you've added manually). Searchable, managed from the sidebar. Auto-added when a DM handshake is accepted.
Any station member can amplify it with ADA — contributions fund a shared meter that unlocks station-wide perks for everyone: GIFs and a 500-message history (up from 100), with more unlocking as the meter fills. Contributors earn a teal badge next to their callsign. Payments are disabled for now while the treasury wallet is finalized.
Send images directly in chat — amplified stations only. Inline rendering with click-to-expand. Stored in Pulsewave's media bucket; purged after 30 days.
Prove you hold a token, contributed to a station's Amplification, or belong to a station — without revealing your wallet address. In development; future on-chain identity layer planned on Midnight.
Sign in with an email or a social account and get a wallet created for you, so people without crypto experience can join without a seed phrase. The aim is for the user, not Pulsewave, to hold the key. Planned — not started.
Direct, wallet-to-wallet voice calls — peer-to-peer, no server ever touches the audio. In development.
Discord-scale group voice for amplified stations — a separate, self-funded add-on tier, priced to actually cover what it costs to run. In development.
Record and send a short voice clip, same as a GIF or image — end-to-end encrypted with the station's existing key, same as text. In development.
Custom station stickers alongside custom emoji — same storage model, same Amplification tier. In development.
Post a poll on any frequency — structured data, encrypted the same way a message is. In development.
Beyond Owner / Mod / Member — granular, station-defined permissions. In development.
Search your own decrypted message history, client-side — the server never sees plaintext to index, so search only covers what's already loaded in your browser. In development.
